Falling Behind Again With Posts

Our first snow of the season October 6 but I'm sure it will snow sometime before the end of the month when the snowbirds leave.  They say snowfall for the 2012-2013 season will be low.  We need lots of snow, the lake is low again.  We did get 2'' of rain last night a short little storm the shook the house, rattled the windows and popped the gfi in the kitchen.  No light in the kitchen, other than the light over the table, for breakfast for Hannah and I.

                   Its still drizzling outside this morning, I think I will sew rather than clean.

I love the colors of fall.  This is from the other day, I sent the picture to Dennis but I forgot to post it.  Besides the colors another good thing about fall NO bugs!

Time To Start Raking The Forest

                         Where do I start???  I like shuffling my feet through all the leaves.

And this I waited for all summer, I hope it comes back next year.
